Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Refund information

Amounts shown in your dashboard are the amounts our team has verified. A payment is shown as sent only after it has been confirmed by our finance team.

No fees

We never charge customers to receive a refund.
